 We currently supply a wide range of fine dining restaurants with their wholesale cheese, including some of the finest artisanal cheese from Quebec and Ontario. We can compose cheeseboards and assist you in finding the right cheese to complement your menus. We will also supply tasting notes for your chosen cheeses and provide staff training on request. We are very flexible and are always sourcing new products to be able to offer restaurateurs the best quality and variety of wholesale cheeses available.

Cheese & Wine Tasting - our private in-house cheese and wine events are hugely successful with local restaurants around the Ottawa area.  Reserve some quality time with us and you'll learn about putting together the perfect cheeseboard as well as paring our cheese with the beer and wine list you carry, included is a description page of your cheese selections, so that your staff are all comfortable with any cheese related questions that will arise. You can't beat sitting around a cheese shop with the doors closed and pairing your beer/wine.

Wholesale Specials - We often come across a cheese that is new to the market or has moved up the mature ladder and is in its perfect state, we will contact our wholesale clients first and inform them that these selections are available for a short time and are released on a "first come" basis. We call these "The cheese of the moment". Following us on Twitter is a great way to get the scoop on such specials. @seriousfromage

Free Delivery - Delivery is available to all of our customers based on a minimum order requirement. If orders are to be picked up from our store, then there is no minimum. As well, a reasonable delivery charge is optional for smaller orders. All Deliveries will be made on Thursday's between 11:00am and 5:30pm. Orders must be placed before 3 pm Wednesday.
